Acquired in July 2015. This project consisted of three medical office units totaling 11,160 Sq. Ft. across the Greater Phoenix Area, fully leased to Banner Medical, the largest private employer in Arizona, and a multi-billion dollar company operating in a growing industry. The Banner Medical Portfolio was ultimately sold to various third party investors in 2018.
