Located on Centre Street and 16th Avenue N.W., the Braithwaite Boyle Centre is a 6-story office building with a four level parkade beneath the structure. The building was constructed in 1982 and has undergone renovations to the HVAC, elevator cabs, lobby, common area washrooms and mechanical systems. Once built, the new Green Line Light Rail Transit line will benefit the building by providing immediate access to public transit and improved transportation infrastructure in the immediate vicinity.
