Port Renfrew Lands

Acquired in 2016. The Port Renfrew Lands are the amalgamation of three land parcels into a 226 acre land position on the hills overlooking Port San Juan and the community of Port Renfrew on Vancouver Island. 

 

Port Renfrew is the trailhead to the Pacific Rim National Park's West Coast Trail and the Juan De Fuca Trail. With the rise in the outdoor adventure tourism market, tourism in this community is increasing. This land holding is positioned to grow alongside the community itself.
